An Instant Landmark
 The bell tower at Adriatica has become an instant landmark for McKinney and for Stonebridge Ranch. The tower, which stands 128 feet tall, houses 6 stories of office space.
What is it like to office in the tower? Each floor holds about 300 square feet of space and offers a can't-be-beat view of the ongoing construction of Adriatica.
In Europe, nearly every old-world village had a bell tower that served an important role in the community. It was mainly used to communicate. Births were announced from the tower along with weddings and funerals. The new year was rung in and heralds often shouted news from the tower. In war times, the bell tower was a watch-keep and served as front-line defense of the city.
The tower itself said something about the city, whether architecturally designed with Roman, Gothic, Byzantine, Corinthian or other details, the tower always sported symbols that told of the city's character. Some were guarded by statues, while others displayed religious symbols or inscriptions. Croatia is filled with bell-towered cities, each with it's own wonderful history.

Zin Zen Wine and Bistro
"Think of Zin Zen as Starbucks for adults." says Luetta Probst, the owner of this eclectic wine bar and bistro. Tucked away behind a little flower shop named Fleurs and Events, Zin Zen is a great place to unwind with a friend.
Zin Zen has several comfortable siving room sitting areas, a variety of tables, and a beautiful patio in which wine aficionados or novices alike are invited to enjoy a "taste," glass, or bottle of wine, as well as numerous delectable appetizers and desserts created by Chef Dave.
Their staff focuses on providing a fun and inviting atmosphere. Zin Zen is comfortable, but not stuffy; friendly, but not overpowering; and fun, but not overly loud. It's the perfect location for adults to enjoy a drink, unwind, and socialize without the smoky, bar-like atmosphere. "Our vision is to provide a third place for people to come in and relax and visit with their family and friends in a living room setting." says Luetta. "There's no hurry to turn the tables. Our guests are encouraged to stay and have a great time. We are the local wine bar where our excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff gets to know our customers."
Zin Zen is open Monday through Thusday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Noon to midnight on Saturday..
