 MedPark is starting to take shape and quickly is becoming the preeminent home to prominent North Texas medical professionals. It is a 4.5-acre site located in the Northeast corner of Adriatica, bordered on the East by the emergency spillway of Stonebridge Lake, on the West by Adriatic Parkway,
on the South by the MedPark fire lane and on the North by Virginia Parkway.
Dr. Jennifer Buchanan launched the newest medical community in McKinney, Texas by relocating her Orthodontic practice to the site. Dr. Buchanan’s 5,000 + square foot office stands as a testament of how form and function combine to create lasting beauty.
Dr. Tracy Banks will be bringing the North Central Women’s Health Partners to Med Park. Her team includes Lori Halderman, M.D., Jennifer Allen, M.D., and Christi Kidd. The facility will be finished in early 2010 and will house nearly 20,000 square feet of space.
Dr. Cheryl Eley will be bringing Children's Choice to MedPark in 2010. The pediatric practice will be moving from Medical Center Dr. to Adriatica and the building will anchor the development's northeast corner. Plans are also in the works for a pediatric dentist to occupy the pad site across from Dr. Eley.
There are some non-medical businesses occupying MedPark. Tim Jon Salon sits next to Dr. Buchanan and soon Ray Eckenrode and Appian Commercial Realty, will occupy the building across Adriatic Parkway from Independent Bank. Plans also include a fresh market on the corner of Adriatic Parkway and Virginia.
